Saturday, September 6th, 3:00 PM - 4:15 PM / 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM Part 1: Understanding Internal Organs through Anatomy and Deepening Asana <3:00 PM - 4:15 PM> In Part 1, we will deepen our understanding of the structure and movement of internal organs and abdominal muscles through an anatomical explanation. Then, through the rhythms of Odaka Yoga's Vortex and Roller, we will feel the movement of our internal organs and abdominal muscles and the accompanying emotional changes, deepening our introspection and practice. Even though we cannot see with our eyes, we will deeply sense our own inner body. We'll deliver a fulfilling, harmonious time where your knowledge and sensitivity will deepen simultaneously. 🌿✨ Part 2: Mythological Understanding of the Internal Organs and Deepening Asanas <5:00 PM - 6:15 PM> In Part 2, we'll explore the poses, internal organs, and abdominal muscles practiced in Part 1 through the lens of ancient mythology, context, symbolism, energy, and wisdom, further deepening our knowledge and understanding. We'll simultaneously deepen our knowledge and sensitivity not only of the three-dimensional body, but also of the fourth and fifth dimensions. Flowing through Odaka Yoga's Sunsalutation, we'll beautifully marry everything gained in Parts 1 and 2, inviting you into a beautiful, expansive multidimensional flow. --------- This is a discounted ticket for those who "drop-in" to the one-day lecture on September 6th and attend both classes. 🌱 Saturday monthly members can make regular reservations, so there's no need to purchase this ticket.
